Terms and Conditions


Each Participant is responsible to have reviewed the course material and scope of content to ensure they are physically, mentally and emotionally capable of successfully participating in the Course. Each Course will provide the participant the opportunity to examine their personal behaviour patterns, which may prove challenging both mentally and emotionally. Course partcipation is forbidden to anyone who has been hospitalised for psychiatric care or a mental disorder. All material is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only.


Each participant must have attained his or her twentieth (20th) birthday by the commencement of their chosen course/event.


Booking is made online through highestperception.com. An email will be sent confirming the booking with attendance times and venue information, as applicable.


Payment in full for each course/event must be made seven (7) days before the course/event commences. As course/event space is sometimes limited, a 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure an early booking. In the event of a late booking, a payment in full must be payed to secure a booking (if one is available) if the booking time is less than seven (7) days. Otherwise a 25% non-refundable deposit will still be required to secure a booking. Final Payment methods are stated on the Raising Perception LLC website, https://highestperception.com. This amount will be specified on the above website. The balance must be paid in full seven (7) days before the course/event commences.

Travel and Additional Materials

The course/event fee does not include participant costs, if any, for food, travel, lodging, notebooks, or other supplies and materials.

Cancellation by Participant

A participant’s cancellation of his or her involvement in a Raising Perceptions LLC course/event must be in writing and must be made no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to the commencement of the course/event in order to secure at least a partial refund. Any refund given will be less any processing fees, including exchange rate fees, incurred by the participant making the cancellation.

Cancellation by Raising Perception LLC

If Raising Perception LLC has to cancel an course/event for any reason, a reasonable effort will be made to find an alternative date and venue to host a make-up course/event. If scheduling a make-up event is not feasible, in the sole determination of Raising Perception LLC, a full refund of the course/event fee received by Raising Perception LLC will be made to the individual who made the original payment. If the alternative course/event date is not convenient to the participant, then a full refund will be offered. In any case, no compensation will be paid to any additional costs incurred by the participant.


Each course/event offered by Raising Perception LLC provides the participant the opportunity to focus on and talk about private personal information. Therefore, it is important for each participant to respect the confidentiality of every other participant and the confidentiality of the host(s), and to behave with the utmost respect toward other participants and the host(s). Raising Perception LLC reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the course/event at any time if their behavior, in the sole determination of Raising Perception LLC, becomes disruptive and incompatible with the running of the course/event. In the event that a participant is asked to leave, no refund or other compensation will be paid.


Raising Perception LLC is not responsible for any affirmative action or non-action by participant resulting from information given during any course/event.


You as the named participant covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Raising Perception LLC, its officers, directors, managers, members, employees, agents, advisors, representatives and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnitees”), from and against, and pay or reimburse all Indemnitees for all claims, demands, or suits arising directly or indirectly from the participant’s conduct, whether filed by third parties or by the participant, regarding information given during a Raising Perception LLC course or event.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects and in accordance with the laws of Harris County, Texas, United States of America.

Any matter or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County, Texas, United States of America.
